The health and safety of our Members, Guests and Staff during this 2021 Season is of the utmost importance to us. We will continue to monitor the evolving Federal and Provincial public health guidelines around COVID-19 and follow the latest directions provided to us by the relevant authorities. All health and safety precautions that can be taken, will be taken to provide the safest environment possible for everyone who enters Turnberry Golf Club & Restaurant NINE18.

Golf Club Guest Procedures
It is imperative that Members and our Guests abide by the procedures below, as failure to do so will result in the individual(s) being asked to leave the facility. We must all become socially responsible for our actions and behavior so golf can remain open for the enjoyment of all through these challenging times.
Any players without symptoms of COVID-19 are currently permitted to play golf if they adhere to the following protocols:

Policies Overview
We have new policies in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff & guests. They are as follows:
- Now in the "Emergency Brake" Category.
- Pick Up/Take Out! Please call during business hours or walk in with mask on.
- Cashless Payments Only
- All our Employees are required to wear a mask.
- Our Staff has been instructed to carefully clean every contact point with cleaning solutions.
- We have a new Restaurant layout with directional arrows to ensure social distancing.
- Signage encouraging proper COVID-19 Protocols has been posted throughout the Restaurant.
- Hand sanitizer is available for all Guests & Staff.
- Any guests with any symptoms of COVID-19, or at high risk: do not enter Restaurant NINE18. Please stay home for now, get better, and we look forward to seeing you at a later date.

TURNBERRY GOLF CLUB
Policies Overview
Golf Course
- The Pro Shop is used for checking in and payment.
- Cashless Payments Only
- Only one golfer will be allowed in the Pro Shop at a time.
- We recommend that only one golfer pay for their group.
- There will be no rental clubs for use.
- Golfers must have their own set of clubs at this time, as sharing clubs is not allowed.
- We will be placing hand sanitizer in the Pro Shop, outside the Pro Shop and on the Course. We encourage you to use it.
- Tee Times have been expanded to 12-minute intervals to provide distance between groups.
- Power Carts & Push Carts are available for use.
- All Golfers on shared Carts are to wear a mask.
- The Beverage Cart is on the Course. Cashless Payments please.
- Social distancing of 2 metres (or 6 feet) is required at all times.
- The Golf Course Marshal will be on the course making sure that all social distancing rules and new golf course policies are being practiced. If a group or an individual is not practicing social distancing or following our 2020 Golf Policies & Procedures, they will be asked to leave the property.
- Have fun!
Driving Range
- Golfers may warm up at the Driving Range prior to golfing.
- The Driving Range is open to the public for hitting, every day until sunset.
- Please proceed from the parking lot to the Pro Shop to purchase your balls.
- Hand sanitizer has been placed outside of the Pro Shop.
- Social Distancing of 2 metres (or 6 feet) is required at all times while on the Driving Range.
- Sharing of golf clubs is not permitted.
- Have fun!
Golf Club Guest Procedures
It is imperative that Members and our Guests abide by the procedures below, as failure to do so will result in the individual(s) being asked to leave the facility. We must all become socially responsible for our actions and behavior so golf can remain open for the enjoyment of all through these challenging times.
Any players without symptoms of COVID-19 are currently permitted to play golf if they adhere to the following protocols:
- All players will be required to handle their own clubs from arrival to departure.
- Golfers are to walk down from the parking lot to the Pro Shop to check in.
- After checking in at the Pro Shop, the driving range and putting green will be open, to warm up and stretch.
- Proceed to the 1st Tee after the group ahead of you has reached the fairway.
- Meet your playing partners with modified greetings, nods and waves.
- Your group can tee off after the group ahead of you disappears from sight.
- Golfers should only touch their own ball while playing.
- We have provided hand sanitizer at the Pro Shop and on the Course. Consider carrying your own sanitizer and use frequently while at the facility.
- Do not remove the flag while putting. All holes have a pool noodle in them around the pin, so you don’t have to reach into the hole to get your ball out.
- Bunker Rakes have been removed. Smooth out the sand with a club or your foot to the best of your ability. Players are permitted to play “preferred lies” in all bunkers.
- Any players with any symptoms of COVID-19, or at high risk: do not enter any part of the golf facility. Please stay home for now, get better, and we look forward to seeing you at a later date.
