After playing 16 consecutive par-3s, golfers will be tested with a 392-yard par-4 that plays along an expansive hill that runs the length of the hole. This, like the opener, will surely remind golfers of Turnberry’s sister course, Eagles Nest, especially given the scale of the surrounding hills that obscure the rest of the course as well as the practice facility.
Golfers that choose a safe route and play away from the hill will face a more difficult shot into the green, which has a solitary bunker and offers short grass chipping hollows.
