The 15th at Turnberry will tease golfers with a long narrow green set next to an expanse of water. Now that golfers have reached the finishing stretch on the course, designer Cam Tyers said the goal was to design holes that simply forced players to make strong shots in order to record pars and card a solid score. “I wanted 15 to explode after you’ve worked your way through the chute and are now exposed to the whole water concept,” he explains.

The angled of the green, especially with pins along the left side of the putting surface, will make this a particularly challenging hole.
