A bunkerless hole, this par-3 is protected by large undulations within the green. “The green reminds me of a potato chip,” designer Cam Tyers explains, noting that at 5,000 square feet, the putting surface is one of the smaller greens at Turnberry. The sixth also has a raised green – a hallmark of holes created by Carrick Design -- creating deep chipping hollows, a feature that recurs throughout the course.
